Iv crumbled :(

I'm so annoyed today is day 6 weighed myself this morning and I had lost 8 pound which is amazing! We've just had all the family over for Sunday lunch and I resisted it all untill they left when I started eating the left overs! I had 4 roast potatoes, slice of turkey and a bowl of bread and butter pudding. Now my stomach has just bloated out and I'm so angry at myself! Shall I just drink water for the rest of the day or do u think I should have my remaining 2 shakes or maybe just 1? Was hoping to have lost 10 pound by Tuesday (my weigh day) but no chance now! X x

ok first, I have been in your shoes, it happens & we all make mistakes. Carry on with your day as usual & have all your packs, you need them. The thing to do is get straight back on the wagon, don't use it as an excuse to keep eating -I did & it's not worth it! Lots of water & your packs & you'll be fine. Big hugs xo
aawww *hugs* I've been in the same situation more than once.
Like hadl86 said, have your packs and carry on, dont use this as an excuse to eat for the rest of the day or anything (I do! and it's not good)
So carry on and you'll be fine, it was just a little blip that's all, nothing to worry about :D

We're bound to have hiccups along the way, they aren't big fat failures just mere hiccups! I had some kfc chicken earlier, I took the skin off but even so it's still greasy. A bowl of bread and butter pudding would have done me mate especially if it was smothered in custard. We're only human after all x x

Hi Hannah - this is not an easy diet but it works! Temptationas are always there and it will get easier to stick to it once you get further in. Trick is do not give up and keep posting your diary! There arte loads of people on here going thru exactly the same thing and the support is great. Good luck for WI tomorrow x
