ive banned the scales

after having a massive meltdown yesterday.... ive decided to ban scales and go straight to rtm on the 28th march.

i seem to think ill only be happy when im 9st 4lbs and i FEEL good now. im back in my size 10s comfortably so after a long chat with my llc yesterday we have decided its best i dont know what i weigh and concentrate on how i feel... gonna be very difficult but i need to change this compulsion. my batts are out my scales and my book is getting left at class.

Good idea about the scales. I too get too hooked on them. I might follow your lead and not weigh myself at all. Only at WI.
