I've been missing in action for a week

:wave_cry: Was off diet since Easter Sunday, had easter, my birthday and then a renuion which included a meal. I also had two sick babies. (I know, excuses... excuses). I hadnt planned on being off it for a week but I couldnt get a grip of myself.

Anyway... I am back on SS since yesterday to undo the damage I have done so far and stop taking the 'scenic route' to goal.

Thankfully I have nothing on for April to stand in my way.. so here I come!

Well done for getting back on to it.
I too have had a few hurdles here and there, but I am back on track now, sometimes it pays to take the scenic route!

Good luck now you are back. Sometimes, it makes you more focused when you have an unplanned lapse. Its as if it re-energises the mind!

I'm much more focused as I am no longer prepared to take the scenic route to my goal. Fed up, and want to buy lots of nice summer clothes for my hols!!
