One week into Exante total solution, although using Slimfast ready made shakes when out and about.

I have managed 7 days on 3 shakes a day and lost 10lb.

Some questions for those of you more experienced with VLC dieting

How do you know if you are in Ketosis?

Is it ok to only have the shakes and none of the bars, meals etc?

Is it safe to stay on this for long?

Trying not only to loose weight but reverse my prediabetes blood sugar levels, has any one managed to do this?

Having always struggled with my weight I have allowed myself to gain about a stone a year since the menopause and now retired it has been a struggle to stay on a diet, boredom = snacking, so drastic action is needed.

Hiya, well done on your loss,
3 shakes a day is fine, stick to what you like
This low calorie diet is only recommended if your BMI is over 30, and it's recommended that you up your calories every 4th week for 7 days (can have a low cal meal or 4 products a day)
Ketosis is different for different people, you'll feel less hungry and sometimes your breath will smell bad
