;), ok i've been reading about being carb sensitive.

eg. some people may be carb senstive to the porridge if they have too many pack as it has a little bit more carbs than the shakes.

but my question is how can you work out whether your carb sensitive or not?
is there a test that you can do?
is it just a bloated feeling?
a slower weight loss?


i need some one to point me in the right direction/ explain it clearly and precisely/ a scientific explanation would be much appreciated than guess work please.
or which book etc can explain it best?
anyone know/can help a girl out?

im carb sensitive and if i eat to many i put on weight so easily.. i bloat and i lose the weight much slower.
