Been to get my stuff today, i wasnt has heavy as i though i was, but still got at least 2 stone to lose.

I've got 6x StrawBerry, Vanilla and Choc and 3 x Soups to try. (do they do a mint choc one ??)

Going to start next thursday as have a working lunch on wed and dont want to fall of the wagon. Also just ordered my shaker so hopefully that should come by then.

Yummy mummy here i come.

Im on my 5th day, and OMG i am struggling.Im craving all kinds of foods...i thought it was supposed to get easier? Ive drank more water also

it will get easier you wil just wake up one morning feeling great it takes some people longer than others best of luck

That does pass. Some of us then experience food dreams too. I did for ages and woke up each morning a little stressed thinking that I'd eaten, then relieved when realised it was a dream of a roast dinner!

Battle through it all x
