Hi,

I've finally done it I've just ordered the bumper pack of four weeks supply. I have finally convinced my hubbie to accept this as a viable option, don't get me wrong he's not pleased but he will go along with it.
I've set my start date of Sunday the 31st Oct just over a week away!! this is only because I have a few days holiday booked next week and my little one has his 6th birthday meal on the Saturday, I'd like to start straight away but it's a big family meal on the saturday I can't get out of and I don't want to have to get myself into ketosis just to knock myself out again and have to go through it all again.

So for now I'll keep up the slimfast and I'll be with you all soon. Can't wait!
