and moved onto 810. SS just wasn't for me. I couldn't stomach just the shakes and was so tempted just to eat anything. I want to do things properly and not just cave so I've just had a bowl of stirfried chicken with cauliflower, spinach, cabbage and broccoli and a load of garam masala. It was bloody gorgeous. Took me ages to eat and filled me right up. Normally I would have gone 'OMG is that it and wheres the bloody noodles???' So eight lb lost in 5 days on SS and here praying I carry on losing on 810.
