ive lost 5 stones oh my goodness

i reallydontdo anything special on plan to have lost so much weight.

im amazed really as my plates always full. i dont do EE days as i cant get my head around what i should be eating.

i do alternate red and green days, on red days i dont eat meat at all so i eat a lot of fish mostly salmon. with salad or veg.

Green days are mostly jacket potato and pasta dishes.

i dont experiment much with recipes, i stick to what i like and enjoy, maybe i will start trying new recipes now.

i stick to between 5 - 10 syns daily its very rare i eat more syns as i dont need them eating free foods fills me.

sorry i cant really offer more advice, i do walk my doggies more so excercise might be helping.

i started this jorney with 8 stone to lose and i cant believe im already half way there. i gave myself 2 years to get to target but way its going i will be there well before.
