I've noone to blame but myself!

    Hi peeps, i've only just signed up to this site, so technically i'm new... But i saw the strugglers amd restarters and it looked like the place for me!

    I've tried, very lamely, to lose weight lots and lots of times. Think because i've only got a bit to lose i've not tried hard enough.

    Three months into a new job and having a very stressful year, is taking its toll in the form of too many takeaways, mac donalds breakfasts and too many glasses of wine.

    I'm very unmotivated when it comes to losing weight, but as i'm the biggest i've been, finally trying to get my larger-than-i'd-like bottom into gear! I started a blog and i'm excited to have found this forum.

    No more lame excuses for me

    Well done you on taking control of the problem and deciding to nip it in the bud before it gets too serious. Best to deal with it now before you have several stones to shift!

    It can be hard to get very motivated when you've only got a bit to lose, it's tough, but maybe if you set a bit of a mental target and visualise yourself where you want to be - how about Christmas? Imagine yourself at a party looking fantabulous in some festive red number with killer heels! ;)
