Im crap at filling out my diary over the weekend. But I'll try do it now from memory. Im soo much more organised during the week :p

September 17th - EE

Breakfast - 2 weetabix & milk (hex a&b)
Snack : Mullerlight and banana
Lunch : 2 ww wholemeal bread (5syns)
ham and salad
Dinner: SW chicken curry

Drinks: Half bottle of first cape wine ( 6syns) :D

September 18th - EE

Breakfast - 2 ww wholemeal bread
butter ( 1.5 syns)
scrambled eggs

Lunch : Fruit salad and mullerlight

Dinner: SW sticky chicken and chips

Drinks : remainder of FC wine ( 6syns)
 
I'm Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack !! :D:D

Have been sticking really well to Slimming World and from Aug 11 to date am proud to say I have lost 25.5lb :D

Now its a new year and I thought I'd get back to my online Diary to give me another boost in my weightloss.

PLease feel free to comment or make any suggestions...

Snack: Hi Fi Bar (1 x HEB )

Well that week didnt go very well did it ??:( And therefore it serves me right for not filling out my diary !:rolleyes:, that I put on half a pound on Wednesday. I thought I had quite a good week, I went walking a few times and thought I ate well........but I'd know for sure if I filled out my diary :D

So here goes:

First PROPER week of January ( all xmas goodies have now been banished :D )

Day 1 Thursday 12th Jan

Breakfast: Mullerlight, grapes, strawberries, banana
1 Pint Water
Snack: Apple & Alpen Light ( 1x HEB)
1 Pint Water
Lunch Baked Potato, Chilli with Baked Beans
Pear
1 Pint Water
Snack: Alpen Light (2nd HEB)
1 Pint Water
Dinner: Omlette with ham, mushrooms, peppers and tomato

Excersise : 50 minute walk
HEA : Milk in tea
 
Day 2 Friday 13th January :eek:

Breakfast: Toffee Mullerlight, banana, strawberries & grapes
Snack: Special K bar (3.5syns ?!)
Pint Water
Lunch: Beans on wholemeal toast (HEB)
apple & pear
Pint Water
