hiya,
yesterday i had jacket spuds with cheese, onion and garlic & chilli (sounds minging but was lovely)
i cooked the spuds in the oven then scooped out the insides mixed with spring onion, 28g mature cheddar and sone garlic salt and chilli flakes, stuffed it back into skins and baked for another 10 mins until lovely and crispy, then i had a big sweetcorn salad and loads of beetroot, oit was really yummy xx
ps you have done so well have you lost all your weight with sw ?
