    hiya,
yesterday i had jacket spuds with cheese, onion and garlic & chilli (sounds minging but was lovely)
i cooked the spuds in the oven then scooped out the insides mixed with spring onion, 28g mature cheddar and sone garlic salt and chilli flakes, stuffed it back into skins and baked for another 10 mins until lovely and crispy, then i had a big sweetcorn salad and loads of beetroot, oit was really yummy xx

ps you have done so well have you lost all your weight with sw ?

This should be in the recipes thread hun.

If you have a look in there and search for Jacket Potato Fillings, there's a really big thread in there.

Tell you what's lovely in a spud...

Bake the spud, scoop the potato out of the skin into a bowl. Mix with a squirt of ketchup, 42g low fat cheese (HExA) and some cooked/drained broccoli & cauliflower. Scoop the filling back into the skins, save a bit of the cheese to sprinkle over the top and put back in the oven for about 20 mins. The ketchup sounds a bit weird but it's really lovely with the cheese and veg.

Have you ever tried jacket sweet potato? It is amazing and is so moist inside I have had it with just a sprinkle of salt. Or with low fat sour cream. :) x

Well for 1 level teaspoon of the weight watchers sour cream and chive dip it's original 1/2 syn, green 1/2 syn.

Normal sour cream I think is about 1.5 syn per tablespoon.

You could always use total fat free Greek yoghurt if you needed more than a couple of level spoonfuls on your potato. Think that's syn free.

I've stopped doing slimming world and have gone onto low calorie diet but thought I'd just post on this as I'm not a fan of potato but love sweet potato as an alternative.
