Jacquie's SF Food Diary (starting 31/10/11)

Thought I had better start one of these to help keep me on the straight and narrow! lol!

This is my planned food for my first day of Simply Filling on Monday 31/10/11 - looking forward to it!

B) Oats, lf plain yog, raspberries, Skinny latte
L) WW bread x 2, lf ham, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, xl mayo, apple
D) Minced stewing steak, carrots, onions, tomatos, wm spaghetti, WW ice cream pudding (3PP)
s) Fruit as necessary

I'd be grateful for your comments:D

Sounds perfect just remember to eat until
Satisfied that's the key xx
