hey guys,
thought it would be a good idea to update my diary every few days and if you could comment on it give me any ideas, i would be grateful as im a newbie and just trying to get my head around everything.

still shocked i can eat so much and lose weight so im a little worried ..

Sat 15th Jan red day
breakfast- 1 fried egg, mushrooms and baked bean (HEXB)
lunch-half a can of tuna in water and salad(carrot lettuce cabbage)
dinner- 1 chicken thigh(skinless) with stirfry vegetables and pasta(HEXB)

snacks- 1 muller light yoghurt 2oranges 1 apple 1 pear and 1 dairylea light triangle(HEXA)

sunday 16th jan red day

B- 2 fried eggs, mushrooms onions. 2 slices of brown bread(HEXB) and baked beans(HEXB)
L- half can tuna and salad
D-2 pieves of white fish grilled with vegetables)carrots brocolli cauliflower peas) and 84g rice(6 syns)

S-3 apples, 2 oranges, 1 dairylea light triangle(HEXA)
drinks- diet coke

Jan 17th red day
B- 28g shreddies(HEB) with 200ml skimmed milk(HEXA)
snack- 1 fried egg
L-2 skinless chicken drumsticks with mixed veg(brocolli carots cauliflower) and peas(5syns) with a canned tomatoes fried in frylight
D-white fish and 1 fried egg with spinach and tomatoes fried in frylight.
snack- 1 muller light yoghurt, 1 apple, 2 tangerines, 2 pears.

B- 28g shreddies and 100ml skimmed milk (HEX A+B)
L-can of tuna and plateful of salad. one spoon light mayonnaise(2.5 syns)
D-2 egg omelette and 3 slices of bread. (HEX B + 3 syns)
S- 3 oranges, 2 pears mullerlight yoghurt.
