Jalapeno chilli/pepper

Are jarred ones free? I want to make some sun free humours and trying to think of different things to add to liven it up. I use old el paso ones but do they have syns? X

I suspect the ones in vinegar would be ok as peppers and vinegar are both free but the ones in oil would need to be synced.

Also for hummus try simmering onions in balsamic vinegare for about 30 mins and adding. Ot lemon and coriander. Or roasted garlic (with fry lite of course) I love hummus.

Yeah the jalapenos are free as long as theres no oil, I use the red Discovery ones all the time, they make a LUSH free hummus :drool:

Went shopping and forgot the chillis!! Have made hummus with roasted red peppers instead, it's yummy! Will try the halapenos next time
