    My daughter brought home freshly made Jam Tarts from nanny's house. There they are smiling at me looking all delish and then I ate one!!! So it's done and I cant undo do it and hopefully wont do too much damage.

    I haven't had my last shake yet, would you still have it? Or skip it?

    Sensible head would say have it for the vitamins, my head would tell me to miss it sorry I can help x

    One jam tart I had fry ups last week lol (holiday)

    I'd skip it if you have multivitamins in the house, but that's by no means good advice. Not sure what would be best!

    I would have it to up your protein and level urself out

    When I add something naughty I miss my cd shake to cut calories (hanging head in shame)

    I was a good girl and had the shake lol, well I had a banging headache and thought it could only help.

    Got weighed tinight and lost 3lbs this week so not too much damage done :) Actually cant believe I've come this far without having a blow out!! I'm amazing myself!!!
