Don't suppose anyone knows how many syns these are?


They are 281 cals, 19.6 protein, 0.9 carbs, 21.9g fat per 2 sausages.

No just jamies name on them, i was doing an online asda shop and spotted them but don't want to order if they are sky high in syns!!!

the only jamie oliver things I see listed in the directory are the pasta sauces..

need a weight to work out the syns on the calculator..

based on 100g per portion it's 8 syns on red and EE and 14 on green..
so do the maths if 2 is less than 100g..

Thanks for that looks like about 6/7 syns for the 2 ,glad i didn't order them!!

100g has 206 cals, 15.8 protein, 2.9 carbs, 0.6 fibre and 14.5 fat.
