If you need something new to keep the energy going then do it.

Being inspired and motivated makes it easier. Boredom if it's making the diet difficult is not good.

I would go with either of what you suggest. The meals are planned out for you.

If your bored then have a change. You can always go back to exante if things don't work out.:)
