Hello, my name's Janey and after hitting my highest weight ever the other day (72kg:sigh
I decided to finally stick to loosing some weight. So I've already started and I'm currently 71.2kg which is pretty good I think, but I've always been around 65kg so I'm pretty annoyed with myself. So I'm going for around 1000ish calories a day at the moment. I can't really exercise right now either, I just injured my knee soo... Doc says I'll have to leave that one for a week! Greeeaaat.
Anyway, so today I had:
A Strawberry Milkshake - 180cal
A Chicken/bacon sarnie - 280cal
A heckload of water - 0cal
600ml of 7up zero - 13cal
some Pizza (bad me!) -400cal
Garlic bread (Naughty!) -100 cal
So, okay, maybe I wasn't being the best at dieting today, but still that takes my calorie count today just under 1000. I will start eating healthier tomorrow- i swear- and in a couple days I will start exercising when my knee gets better. And I shall do a weigh in every Saturday, Tuesday and Thursday.
