Really well thanks Daisy :D it took a while for it to click back in to place about portion control and not needing to constantly eat throughout the day, and that it's ok to be hungry! I'm not going to die! But now I'm completely in the zone and just getting my head down. Found a lovely website to help with the calorie counting thing, weightlossresources.co.uk, it tells you precisely how many cals to eat per day, to lose weight each week.

So far so good!

weightlossresources is a great website. My dad (in competition with me I may add) has lost around 3 stone purely by monitering what he eats and eating healthier foods since January. I plan to join up half way through RTM to track how I'm going and keep me on track.

Are you still following diet chef?
 
Yeah I am Em, sort of. I'm having their meal packs, then you're supposed to have 2 portions of fruit & one of veg on top of that, up to 1200cals. I thought that seemed a little low for me, especially when I'd been exercising up to 1000cals of that off! So that's when I discovered WLR, so I'm using DC packs, but WLR calories if that makes sense! :D

Saw your photos in your undies, what an amazing different, it really almost looks like a different person standing there! Fantastic, what an achievement, and what a waist! :D

I'm still keeping an eye in here, you're all doing so well! It's brilliant and I'm so proud of you all.

Daisy, I'm trying to mix it up with exercise. I've started doing interval jogging (2mins jog, 1min walk) for half hour, couple of times a week. Doing strength training as well cos that's what keeps your metabolism up. Also dancing! - put on music which really makes you want to dance and give it all you got, it's flipping good exercise. about half hour of that gets you sweating, and it's fun! Trying to do something every day. Must get out on those rollerblades again.

ellie, i'm just starting to do 'something' 3 times a week
i went for a bike ride, aqua aerobics and then a dvd so far this week

think i will put on the music later - i have the new progidy cd - that will get me moving!

not intending on going anywhere near rollerskates tho!

New prodigy - I think that would even get ME exercising!

I'm gutted that my hips haven't taken to the injection I had on Weds, exercising is a big thing for me, and I can't wait to start building it into my day!!

Looks like you've got a good bit of activity on there. What dvd you using??
