Ok due to a few requests, we're back for now....

I need....
  • Weigh in day
  • Target for the month (I can't do '0' - has to be either a negative or positive e.g. -1, 3, 10)
  • Any holiday dates
All I ask is that you post your results weekly even if its a bad result there is no judgement here. It is then fair on everyone if you update us with results.
 
Thursday Evenings 7pm (conveniently 😂)

Next week but I'm going to try and go to a different group either earlier in the day (as I'm out in the evening. Or the day before/after.

I need to lose about 10 stone, but Im breaking it into chunks- aiming for the first 30lb first. so this thread is just what I need to break that donw into smaller bites.

Weigh in day- Saturday
Target for end of January-10lb (more if we count 1st Feb weigh in)
No holidays booked
 
Sorry to the couple of people interested, but again the challenge has sadly not generated enough participants
