They really do help and keep the motivation going. And due to my devoted need to please i do all the work for You lovely ladies, all You need do is post Your losses each week and sit with Your feet up. Mind this one is going to be mammoth by the looks of it, think i shall need to do nothing but sit here in attendance, for a month.
