Right, slight modification to the sheet. Look for the colour coding at top of sheet when you click it out.

Basically, gains and losses are now seen instantly via red and blue, a maintain/sts is also blue (personally i think not putting on weight is a success just as much as losing is).
Reaching target is still yellow, but now there is an absent (black) and a pulled out (red).

Doing this has allowed me to add/alter some formulas. Now the stats for % attendance will always be correct even if people don't turn up and i enter a value for them (zero).

Any thoughts or suggestions please feel free to let me know.

Good idea Daz. I also think a maintain is equally as gooe as a loss. One of the classes I go to occasionally always says `maintained` it sounds much nicer. `Stayed the same` sounds like it is not a good week. Good thinking Daz.

Chart looks good too !:)

Valid point. The problem we have is that a fair few are new starters and wont have a figure until their second week. Because its on losses and gains and not a starting figure, the first week they cannot actually lose anything. They will be declared as a maintain as its not an absence or lack of declaration, there just isnt one.

Daz the sheet is great!
LOVE my blue zero xxx

Thank You.

There is a part of me who thinks that even a gain shouldn't be seen as a negative and chalked up as a failure, its no incentive, unless, and is my hope, people will try to avoid the reds and blacks as best they can, and aim for the pretty blues. I am no expert on psychology but a lot of it is in the head, so a careful approach is required, while still trying to make the sheet fully functional. And it will look colourful as the month progresses.
