Lunch - bagel 3, light choice soft cheese 1, ham 0.5, alpen light 1

B - 2x toast 2.5, chicken 1, low low 1

D - turkey breast mince 2, home made pasta sauce 0.5, 60gms pasta 3, tsp parmesan 0.5, Shape yoghurt 1

Extra - 300 mls skimmed milk 1, WW fruities 0.5, richtea bic 0.5

Total - 19

Lunch - soft cheese and ham bagel 4.5
2 x scrummy yummy chocolate button cookies :eek: 4?

B 2 x toast with 2 cheese triangle 3.5

D - Steak and stout casserole 4, mashed potatoes 2

square 2 (Oh dear!), snackajack popcorn 0.5, WW fruities 0.5, packet crisps 2, half caramel square 1



Total (so far - the night is young) - about 25

B - 2 x toast with cheese spread 3.5

L - packet snackajacks 1.5, half caramel square 1(health freak)

D- copious amounts of vodka no doubt & a chinese ( well, it is Saturday!)

Extra - 150 mls skimmed milk 0.5

APs - might squeeze in 3 mile jog ( but on the other hand, might not!) ;-) I did it so feel quite saintly now! 3.5

D - chickpea and beef curry with veg 5, pineapple chunks 1

Extra - 300mls skimmed milk 1, snackajack popcorn 0.5, Ww fruities 0.5

Total - 17

APs - 3.5 mile jog 3.5

WI day yesterday and afterwards I was a bit of a disaster as went out for lunch and had chicken goujons with Caesar salad which was just delish!!:p Didn't have any dinner as such later on but ate some crisps instead which is not the healthiest:eek:. Anyway here we are:-

Wednesday

B - 2 x toast with cheese spread 3.5

L - Spicy peanut chicken casserole with rice 8.5, Shape yoghurt 1

D - Tesco Light choice ready meal 5.5 (am on lates)with veg,

Extra - 150mls skimmed milk 0.5, Alpen light bar 1, WW Fruities 0.5, chicken 2, snackajack popcorn 0.5, Pink and White 0.5

Total 23.5 (OOPS!)

Hey Jax,

Just after a bit of advice actually, I'm currently on Cambridge diet and would love to switch to weightwatchers. I see you've done cambridge last year, did you go back up the cambridge diet steps or just switch to weightwatchers?
Would really prefer to switch over, I know the points system from old and think although the weightloss is slower it may be easier to maintain.
What do you think?
Would appreciate your advice especially as you've done amazingly well yourself!
I've lost 16.2lb after 18days and would ideally like to lose another 2 stone! :)

Hi Denise!

I would defo recommend going up the steps of CD if you're thinking of changing to WW. The only reason I moved on from CD eventually was because I couldn't get back into it at all after my hols and needed a complete change! WW is a fab diet but I would advise you to stick with CD and go up steps whilst you're still in CD 'zone'. It's taken me 6 months to get my act together to try and lose this final stone. I'd have been at goal long ago if I hadn't stopped for holiday! :eek:
As it was I really enjoyed moving up the steps! Some really nice recipes and I was never hungry!

D - paella 6, pink & white 0.5

Extra - 300mls skimmed milk 1, WW fruities 0.5, snackajack popcorn 0.5, 0 point BNS and pepper soup, some oven chips 1, WW black forest bar 1.5

Total - 21 (OOOPS again!!)

B - Raspberry Oatsosimple 2

L - half fat cheese sarnie 5, 0pt BNS & pepper soup, apple 0.5, snackajack popcorn 0.5, Shape yoghurt 1

D - Pasta bolognese with teaspoon parmesan 6

Extra - 300mls skim milk 1, biscuit 1.5, WW black forest bar 1.5, packet Walkers FF (multi pack) 1, potato 0.5

Total - 20.5

APs - 3 mile jog and some light weights - 4

B- 2 weetabix with skimmed milk 2.5

L - 2 x toast 2.5, 2 WW tuna thingy tins 2, apple 0.5

D - mustardy pork with leeks 4, potato 1, shape yoghurt 1

Extra - 150 mls skimmed milk 0.5, chicken 1, remainder of Magnim lolly 1, WW bar 1.5, WW fruities 0.5, Walkers FF 1

Total - 19

Extra - 150mls skimmed milk 0.5, packet Tesco light choice potato snacks 1, apple 0.5, pink & White 0.5, mini chomp 1.5, pick at some more Spanish chicken

Struggling today to get back on track but i know the cause:mad: - the dreaded PMT:eek:. I could eat for Ireland the week before!!

Trying to hold it together today:(

B - Wholemeal roll with healthy bacon and cheese spread - 4

L - Seafood chowder 4, packet Light choice crisps 1, Pink and white 0.5

D - breaded chicken 4, potato 1.5, BNS chips, salad, meringue nest, Fromage frais and strawbs 1.5
