L - Home made Carrot and Coriander soup (yum!:p) 1.5, tuna mayo sweetcorn sarnie 4, yoghurt 1, snackajack popcorn 0.5

D - Paella - 6, strawbs 0.5, meringue nest 0.5, tbsp 0% yoghurt 0.5.

Extra - Skim milk 1, alpen light 1, snackajack 1.5
Total - 20pts

L - tuna sarnie - 3.5, coriander and carrot soup 1.5, Shape yoghurt 1, snackajack popcorn 0.5

D - turkey & squash curry with rice 6, WW fromage frais 1

Extra - 300mls skim milk - 1, potato 0.5, apple 0.5, snackajack 1.5, alpen light 1,apple 0.5

What kind of meringue nests are you using please? For 0.5 point they seems great to have for a pud or crush into a yogurt:)

Just using Tesco's ones. They are great if you want something intensely sweet without the calories and fat!!
 
Thanks you. I am off to do weekly shopping tonight so will get some for weekend treats! Fed up with sf jelly at the moment:)
 
Variety is defo the spice of life - don't get food boredom whatever you do - that'll sabotage any diet:) Think that's why am sticking to this so far (well more or less:eek:) Am cooking some really nice meals and not living off ready meals like last time i did it!!
 
Night duty blues

Saturday (body clock up the left!)

B - (at 0400hrs) - bagel 3, Tesco light choice garlic and herb soft cheese 1, tesco light choices crumbed ham 0.5.

L - (when i got up at 2pm!!)Carrot and coriander soup - 1.5, sweet chilli chicken sarnie 4.5, yoghurt 1.

D - Turkey breast stirfry with rice 6
Extra - 300mls skim milk 1, snackajack popcorn 0.5, Apple 0.5, chicken breast 0.5

Total - 20

Middle of night - Bagel 3, ham 0.5, Tesco garlic and herb light choice cheese 1, snackajack 1.5, Alpen light bar 1.

B - 2 x toast with Tesco light choice cheese triangles 3.5

D - Spanish omelette with potato, onion, peppers, egg and ham 4, Shape yoghurt 1

Extra - 300mls skim milk 1, various jelly sweets (haribos and pastilles - couldn't resist!! 2ish), Carrot and coriander soup 1.5. Snackajack popcorn 0.5, apple 0.5

total - 21

last night duty (for a couple of weeks anyway!!)

Monday (no sleep for 29 hours & wanna eat all round me)

03:00hrs - bagel 3, Tesco light choice garlic and herb cheese spread 1, slice Tesco light choice ham 0.5, multipack of Walkers French Fries 1, special k bar 1.5

B - another bagel 3, tesco light soft cheese 1, snackajack popcorn 0.5, apple 0.5

D - breaded haddock 3.5, jacket spud 2.5, shape yoghurt 1

Extra - 300mls skim milk 1, snacksjacks 1.5, then pick pick pick ....... went a few points over, chomped a bit of chicken, couple of sweetie shrimps & snuck a few spoonful of the kids mince and gravy!

Going to bed before more damage done



Total so far-20..... something!

After WI i am now down to 19 points

B- 2 x toast with 2 low fat cheese triangles 3.5

L - Spanish omelette with salad 4.5, yoghurt 1

D - Slice white bread 1.5, quorn burger 1, 30gms low fat cheddar 2, low fat spread 0.5, tomato sauce 0.5, savoury rice 3

Extra - 150mls 0.5, skim milk 1,apple 0.5, snackajack popcorn 0.5, grapes 0.5, Alpen light 1

APs - 40 mins jog - 3

Total - 21.5 (took 2.5 from APs)

B - Porridge, banana & dollop of fat free yoghurt 3

L - 2 x toast 2.5, tin WW coronation tuna 1, sweetcorn 0.5, salad, yoghurt 1, richtea biccie 0.5

D - Cheesy vegetable macaroni 6, apple 0.5

Extra - 300mls skim milk 1, some fruit 0.5, several sweet potato wedges 1, ww fruities 0.5, WW almond slice 1.5, multipack french fries 1

Total so far - 20.5pts (oops, counted wrong!)

APs - 30 mins cycling 2.5

Thanks chicken:) Feeling a little down due to obvious circumstances but staying on track - keeps me focused - Really enjoying this. Trying some really lovely home made food.

Thank you Joanne and of course my Debz! Just home after very tough day what with funeral and had my usual late shift altho have got away a bit earlier than 3 am. Am wrecked! Bit of an emotional roller coaster but life goes on I suppose for us all!

Today will be a bit of a disaster later on as am going to my friend's 40th birthday party - i'm always full of good intentions but once the vodka and (diet) coke is in, the good intentions soon disappear:sigh:
