Hoping anyone will let me know if i'm getting the new plan wrong. I'm on 29 points.

B - 2 weetabix,150 mls skimmed milk - 5

L - Butternut squash, red pepper and soft cheese soup, 3 Ryvita, 60gms lite philly sweet chilli, mullerlight banana and custard - 11

D - Pasta Bolognese (125gms extra lean steak mince - 4, 10 olives - 1, 40gms pasta - 4, tomatoes, onion, mushroom, peppers), plum and grapes

Anytime - apple, 300mls skimmed milk - 3, weetabix oatybar - 2

Total - 30propoints, weekly extra left 48
