Jax's Diary...omg size 12!!!!!!

Im not a big brekkie fan recently, ive had a couple of bots of toast so thats 2 points and i always have a cup of tea in the morn - bou to get some water though.
Lunch, well i tend to have my main meal then as its easier, usually some form of meat lol, new pots,rice,roast veg,or salmon being my fav!
In the evening il have some cereal or some sarnies. Does me fine and if i have put my points aside il have some chooc with hot choc a my treat! delish!
 
i tend to like doing that too, having a big lunch and small dinner. i really will get back on track this week! i promise xx
 
Hi Jax. Sorry to hear you had a gain - could just be the food from last night weighing heavy in your stomach?

Anyway, you're right, you'll get it off just as quickly as it went on so onwards and downwards! I think I read on here somewhere a few days ago that it's not possible to put more than a couple of pounds of fat on in a week; any more than that is water gain.

On the diet front i noticed you went from CD to WW... is that a recent move?.... lol well i've just read your first post on this thread so if i'm not wrong you moved a week ago onto WW.... I think it's normal to gain a few lb's the first week you swop over because obv you were on packs and know your eating food.... so glycogen stores refill.... so body adjusts to WW and it just takes a week or so to start losing!!! ( this is just soemthing i've read on other threads)

lol hey girls, and hey dietingqueen, you are correct i changed from cd to ww a week ago today so not long! but i know karen lol feels like iv always been here, i'm hoping some of it is glycogen filling up again because i noticed that when i first started eating i didnt gain a pound and thought it was quite strange as my cdc said to expect about 5-7lb gain of water and glycogen, so yeah could just be that :)

having take-away tonight though girlys :-$ but it will be okay, ill just try not to have too much. didnt really want one but no food in house and mum doesnt want to go shopping lol. but i PROMISE tomoz i will be back on track

No doing toooo well, ate two of the ww eclairs which I promised I wouldn't have but my sis got them and there they were, calling to me from the fridge!!!
 
better than having a take-away like me though! lol i know my weight loss will be slower but im prepared for that and my target is for next feb so iv got plenty of time, although i wont be naughty because of it! i've done a fair bit of exercise today, washed my car earlier and she looks so pretty now! electric blue love it! and walked my doggy so i feel pretty tired x
 
Exercise sounds good Jackie - well done. What sort of takeaway are you having? You could have chow mein which is low in points.
 
well just had it, indian take-away was gorgeous!!!!! but didnt have a huge amount so i dont feel too guilty although im sure its thousands of calories lol
 
OOoooo Indian's are tasty but a huge no-no for me coz they are sooo heavy on calories! You can get a ww Korma sauce though which is v low in points and super-tasty.... (salivating like Homer...) Mmmmm....Kor....ma.... x
 
lol funnily enough we do have ww curry sauces in cupboard but like i said mum cant be bothered to shop or cook lol. just eating some choccy tonights my LAST fatty night this week, so im going to enjoy it and get back 100% tomoz :) plus this is kinda stress eating lol.

oh yeah and i did some packing for moving house earlier, sorted out quite alot of junk so im pretty pleased xx

aww why sara, whats up? yeah i have eaten thousands of calories today but i felt i needed to get it outta my system and going to stay at grandparents tomoz night so there will be no snacking, as i never snack when im not at home. girlys i want everyone to put where they live, because we need to find someone midway for a meet!

Just so busy and my kids stressed me out today - i could have bloody murdered them!
I was so pushed for tea earlier i had strawberries and cream - it was quick and healthy till i put the cream in but was within my points luckily!
Going to make time for me tomorrow and eat properly.And cook, i love to cook so guna cook and make some lush food!
 
aww well you've done better than me babe! i am not going to weigh myself till next sat, im determined to keep off those scales and when i get on them next weekend they WILL say 13 9 or hopefully lower! but ideally 13 9 then its like im starting again. let me know how your weigh in goes tomoz babe wanna know if uv lost those 2lbs!

Dont worry bout ur gain... I gained 1lb this week - but at the weekend I'd had a HUGE chinese takeaway and when I weighed myself next day at me mums I'd gained 4lbs so def think big meals the night b4 make a huge difference... at least next WI will be an even bigger loss!
No more 14st in sight! ;-) xx

Hope you enjoyed you Indian... it's my favest fav takeaway in whole world... my boyf moans though that it smalls! Boring fart!
Going out with girls on Thursday for Indian for mates b'day.... WI is wednesday so it'll be my treat!

Sara - I'm knackered too... up early and cleaned the house.. went gym.. went tesco.... and thats it saturday over and out! Man, why does the weekend fly by? Grr......
 
heeey, oh thats good to know im not the only one! well i am very motivated that i am NOT going to get into the 14s again, how long have you done ww for? god i know indians are amazing!! could eat one everyday lol x
 
aww girls, lets hope today brings better eating habits for us! Im going to be good as gold today, have some lovely fod in the house so no excuse not too!
