wow you're doing soooo well! almost a stone wooo! well im not going to update my ticker as i havnt actually lost any weight from my starting weight, but hopefully next week ill be able to move it lol
yeah the nutrionist came round this morning for a little chat, and has given me like a food plan for ideas but basically it has to be as low fat as possible, so i cant even have semi skimmed milk, cheese, eggs, bacon, high fat meat, pizza, mayo (unless extra light) cakes, biccies, sweets, ice cream, white bread etc etc but my mums really being good and has taken a week of work to look after me when i get home, and shes going to make all my meals for me and do the portions for me which is so nice of her and will really help me out.
normally if this diet was by choice i would give up after a day or two lol but i have to for my health and thats a different matter so gotta cope! xxx i will be expecting a txt on tuesday young lady!
