Im currently doing sw and love it but would like a quicker loss. i have appt with cdc on monda am and am going to give it a shot!!

I love SW, and will be going back for maintenance, but theres no way I would have stayed motivated long enough to lose this weight any other way!

Thanks. Well I did 100% SS for 5 months (january to may) Due to ill health I came off CD for a few months. Im now starting week 4!

Since starting antibiotics and TOTM, I've gained 3.5lb. Hoping this is water weight, which will 'fall off' soon, and take with it some new weight!

TOTM and antibiotics have really screwed with my water this week! However onwards and downwards! Not too disheartened as I'm wearing smaller trousers and jackets which certainly didnt fit me at my last WI! Fingers crossed I'm due a SWOOSH next week!
