Life Begins...
Hi all,
I'm back! But this time with a successful starting point. On 11th Jan 2013 I joined Alizonne to give me a head start. The Alizonne diet is not cheap and its cost me many pounds to lost 3.5 stone, but it has similar principles to Atkins, rapid weight loss and I'm toned, healthier, happier and ready to lose the rest of my weight with my old friend Atkins, now I'm half way through my journey
Its good to be back and its great to be eating real low carb food. I can't knock Alizonne as its done the trick so far and it was easy(ish) but its good to be back on a budget and enjoying my omelettes. I know the weight will come off slower now, but I'm already in ketosis and used to the low carb life, so its going to be a pleasure to continue my journey with you guys again
