Life Begins...
Hi everyone,

Started Slim and save 1 week ago and have thoroughly enjoyed the fact that I can 'chew' food instead of just having total food abstinence with soups and shakes. I did have 2 days away this week on business where I stayed in a hotel and on one evening instead of a pack I had grilled steak and green salad and one morning I had plain old scrambled egg, as it wasn't convenient to make my packs up, so I was stunned when I got on the scales this morning to see I've lost 11lbs!!

I know things will start to slow down from now on, but its so motivational to carry on knowing I can actually eat small quantities of protein and veg and still have a fantastic loss.

Hope everyone else is doing ok :)
