I'm doing slimming world at home with the support from some sw friends :)
I'm going to up load my food diaries so if there is anyway I can tweak them I'm more than happy to hear it!!

Monday 7th

Breakfast:- muller light, banana, apple.

Lunch,
Batchlors pasta & sauce, salad. Orange.

Tea, beef stew (peas,carrots,suede,onions, potatoes, parsnips), jacket potatoe and broccoli.
Orange.

Heb- wholemeal toast (400g) x1 with 15g Philly choc spread and strawberrys yum yum!!

Snacks apple, strawberries.

Drinks, green tea, water, 1 coffee with milk&2 sugars

Total syns = 4.5.
 
Tuesday 7th.
B- fruit &fibre heB, banana & milk heA.

S- apple.

L- jacket potatoe, I laughing cow light & beans with two tomatoes. 1.5syn

S- mug shot

D- chicken curry sauce(cauliflower, stock and curry powder) chicken,onions& peas
With boiled rice.
Strawberries and cherries after.

S 15g Philly chic melted over banana and strawberries. 2 syn.

Total syns 3.5.

Is it better to have more or less syns?
 
I've read mixed on the syns but they're there to be used.... i think they say you should have at least 5 a day yet others have them weekly.

Magic porridge is your hexb of porridge oaks soaked overnight in a muller yoghurt. Yum.

Food diaries are looking good, choc philly is gorgeous isn't it x

B- Porridge, milk hea, banana and strawberries.

L- 1/2 packet savoury rice, frozen veg, chopped chicken, cucumber and tomatoes.

D- lean bacon, egg, mushroom, beans, sw chips.
Cherries.

S- cherries, strawberrys, apple.

Water/green tea.
Syns 0.

Does savoury rice have a syn?
 
Thursday 9th.

B- porridge with milk hea, banana and strawberries.

L- 1/2 savoury rice, frozen veg, chopped chicken,

D- homemade cottage pie(peas,carrots,suede,0nions, topped with suede and potatoe mash 1 syn (gravy)

S- cherries and mug shot.

S- 30g melted Philly choc over banana, cherries and strawberry. 4 syns
S- apple.

5 syns for the day.
Now in bed with cup of green tea while hubby eats bacon sandwhich downstairs!. Nom nom mouths waters ;-)
