    I had this on lighter life, and my CDC said its fine on CD.

    200ml water, 1tsp of flavoured water mix, and 2tsp of mousse mix, blend and set in fridge.

    It makes a nice tasty snack for the evening :)

    You are ONLY allowed 2tspn of mousse mix a day, so only allowed this once!

    ive never heard of this diet before what is it? i joined slimming world but im desperate to loose weight

    Cambridge? Its a very low calorie, meal replacement diet..where you live on Shakes, soups, bars and porridge:)

    It was my saviour on LL...not suggested for the first week but week 2 is fine :)
