Heeey! Ive been gone about a month I think, In that time I have been VERY naughty! And am now back to stop my wicked ways and hopefully lose some weight before crimbo! :)

Just so people don't get confused I am as of today tuesday 16th starting atkins! but shall pop over and see how ur all doing!! :)
