Been meaning to make this for ages and finally got round to doing it! It was totally amazing!!!! And even better, the whole thing is half a syn!!!

What is it? And how do you make it? Looks nice :)

It's a half syn roulade made as follows:

1 x Tub of Quark*
4 x Eggs
5 x Table spoons Powdered Sweetener*
1 x Tea spoon of Baking Powder*
1 x Tea spoon of Vanilla Essence*
Fruit of your choice*
Baking tray*
Baking Paper/Liner*
Preheat the oven to 180°

Separate the egg white from the yolks into 2 bowls.*
Whisk the yolks with half a tub of quark, baking powder, vanilla essence and 4 tbsp sweetener.*
In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites until stiff.*
Then whisk half the egg whites to the egg yolk mixture, then fold the rest in.*
Pour into a lined baking tray bake in the oven for 15-20 mins at 180 degrees.*
Leave to cool then spread the rest of the quark (mixed with the other tbsp of sweetener) over the sponge.*
Scatter the fruit over the sponge and quark and roll up like swiss roll.*
Optional - Sprinkle more sweetener over the top if needed.

Please excuse the * s ...don't know how they got there?!

I've never fancied the roulade as it looks eggy, glad it went down ok though it's even better when the family enough what you make.

I didn't actually fund it too eggy...think the filling detracts from that. Unlike sw free pancakes (or egg omelettes), I can't be doing with them!!! Far too eggy!

Slowly reading through this post, half way through arm so subscribing to finish later! Excellent losses, well done
