Don't be disheartened by 0.8! can you mix your days up ? red data? SP ? give your body a bit of a shock?

I've done a bit of digging and have two ideas from some peeps on insta... Need yo up my water big time! And, gonna try eating small meals or speed snacks every 2-3 hours to speed up my metabolism!!! Worth a shot, although being away this weekend and with work next week, I'm not sure it'll be easy!
 
I know exactly how you feel chick. Desperately trying this week to get back to 'winning' ways :)
 
Didn't post yesterday as we were travelling (on the isle of Wight for the weekend for my nan's 90th). Was mostly on plan, but had roast that wasn't cooked with fry light, fruit crumble for pud and did have some crisps. Syns would account for some of that, but def not all! Today was going pretty well...cooked the fam sw spinach and mushroom canelloni, but then we had clotted cream and jam scones for pudding! Oh well, I'm enjoying it!!! Hoping for a maintain, or no more the +1lb if I get straight back on it Monday or Tues! Xx

Thanks guys! I have a lovely time!!! Sunday was a total right off really...had a sw friendly breakfast and dinner but everything in between was pretty awful (think buffet food, pudding AND cake!).

Today hasn't been awful...had on plan meals, but also a pink raspberry magnum (syns would've covered this) and then a few biscuits at my mum's- was hank Marvin after a long journey and there was literally nothing sw friendly in the house!!!

Well, the line is now drawn ...home and awaiting my food delivery with loadsa sw friendly food so back on it tomorrow! I've decided I'll probably have a gain, which I'll try to take on the chin and move on! (Although I have my son's first bday, kids' joint party this week, so some naughties to be expected!!!)

Sorry...been a not AWOL again....busy, busy, busy!

Today is a great day...my son's first birthday and weigh in day....-2.5lb!!!! Which I'm over moon with after my slightly naughty weekend away! First time in my adult life that I can remember my weight starting with a 9!!!!

Well done on the loss. I felt the same when I got on the scales and it started with a 10 can't wait to get on the scales and see it start with a 9. Love the photos too, they keep me on track.
 
Morning guys! Sorry for the lack of posts again...had the kids' bday party at the weekend so all been a bit manic! Have been quite bad with my syns recently.... Too much bday cake and too many sweets hanging around the house! Also had a dominoes take away sat night :-/

Back on it today and I've been trying to be good at drinking loads and snacking frequently on raw carrot or fruit and my meals (apart from the dominoes) have been very much on plan!

Weigh in results +3lb to 10st2lb, not surprised and not worried....have had quite a few naughties this week. Back on it now though and a fresh week is always a refreshing feeling! Just got Saturday to contend with this week...my daughters bday so will be a cake (hopefully shared with lots of people and none left over!) and an off plan, but not necessarily awful meal sat night.
 
Some more photos....made curry loaf this week- amazing!!! Also tried tow new hex b cereaks- blueberry wheats and all bran golden crunch. Both yummy but you don't get much! And the brown stuff with mash is campfire stew- having that again tonight! Happy Thursday people!

Umm, most of my meals have some speed. Tthe campfire stew does. And the other meals all have 1/3 free as I'm back on ee not sp at the moment Happy Holidays. I snack on lots of speed too...raw carrots and apples mainly.
