Jemma's weigh in

Good evening dearies,
as some of you know, was my 1st week on WW and i was slightly skeptical that i would lose weight as i was eating so much, just like normal.
I was a bit naughty and weighed myself on my own scales this morning which said id lost half a pound.

So i was raging and was seriously thinking of not going to the class!
Jemma says " i f**king said this diet wouldnt work!!"

After being convinced by my mum to go, i went to the weigh in and




I LOST THREE POUNDS!! LOL



im quite chuffed i went now haha!​


so two lessons learned today
  • dont weigh yourself on different scales​
  • dont doubt the diet before you have given it a chance​
So, how was everyone elses day ? :)

I am doing SW but not classes so weighing myself. Only lost 1lb in first week but determined to carry on!

The temptation to step on the scales mid weekis always massive but as you said, best to avoid!

Keep going - you are obviously doing everything right :)

Jemma's 2nd weigh in

Hi guys, 2nd weigh in and i lost 1.5pounds which i thought was ok. my time of the month started today, and i got weighed today. so i think thats a normal loss. is it?

Well done! and the ticker shows you've lost another 1.5 lbs so congrats on that too! :)
Diets do work.. we've just got to stick to them! :)

The being good at the end is the hardest part! lol
