Kellogs Fibre plus bar chocolate (HEXB) (it is well nice, i defo recommend hehe)

Tesco Light choices Minced beef & potatoes ( 3.5 syns)

pint of robinsons NAS summer fruits

cold milk (part hexa)

Dinner will be

Spag bol using -

500g Extra lean minced beef
4 rashes of smoked bacon (all visible fat removed)
a box of button mushrooms
1 red & 1 yellow pepper
1 large onion
4 garlic cloves (i'm not sure im going to add garlic, im not a massive fan..)
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
500g carton of passata
mixed herbs
1 beef oxo cube

Dinner was nice :)

1/2 pint of Summer fruits

1 1/2 oranges

1 mini milk 1.5syns


total syns for today 5.

All looks good hun, but peas and sweetcorn aren't superfree, so ideally some other veg or salad with your lunch next time!
 
I've been having SF fruits inbetween meals if not.. =) might have a orange in a mo and off to chop up me melon now too.. hehe x

so busy and got in late, so had -
2 x slices nimble wholemeal bread ( 5 syns)
2 slices of Tesco lighter choices ham ( free)
Spread on bread (1/2 syn)
Cucumber
red pepper

Melon & strawberries
1 packet of French Fries - 4 syns

Summer fruits juice NAS diluted.

Apple

Dinner -

SW chips
Lean bacon, fat removed, fried in frylight
Eggs ( not sure how yet)
beans

Think i'm going to have to prepare lunch for fridays in advance as i always have to drop off my boss somewhere after work, which gets me home later than usual and leaves me less time for making & eating lunch

I know.. I've been out all day! :O got in late, had to sort the kids etc it's all i could face by the time i sat down for dinner, lunch was quickly bought in asda and made @ my sisters..

one plus side today, i resisted the urge for maccy d's lol even though we took the kids on way home from my sisters ( they live in folkestone, we live in Bromley...)
 
hehe thanks!! big plus for me, you wouldnt believe the amount of md's i would eat Pre SW...!!

I'm good ta, although this is my star week, so been feeling bloated and just urgh in general!!

My WI is tonight.. Eeek.. In fact it's in ten mins lol i should really move my bum

Not sure if i'll have much of a loss this week due to * but hey ho. will have to go see..!!

Looking fwd to another week on plan, and some more yummy food... hehe
 
Well, i've not been able to get into this website, everytime i try it disconnects my internet?? :confused::confused:

i lost 1/2 lb at this weeks WI last night. Not bad, as i have been v ill and have been out clubbin @ the w/e although i wasnt TOO bad i dont think.
