It is spicy buy 1's in silver packet and 1's in White packet. Although this time I've gotten all trufa bars :0( where I'd asked for a mixture of White choc n trufa bars. It's not a huge problem especially this week lol. Well done Jessica for doing the diet so well :) it's great to see results on the scales but also use no scales victories ;) clothes n measurements x x x

ta for the info Lea - I did read on another post there are some problems at the moment because they are inundated - prob cos diet so popular - so is it the white or silver packs that are spicy ?

Well I had cottage pie for tea and it was scrummy will def be ordering that again! so Day 3 has gone ok really liked 3 out of 4 of my 'meals' and only needed to add more water to vanilla cereal to make it into a shake so quite successful really!

Am going to send my before pics now to S&S and a bit of background so I can get the cashback guarantee and I have booked my 40th party tonight so its all official EEEKKKKK

So I WILL have the look like Jessica Rabbit now and not Mavis Cruet (from willo the wisp for those of you old enough to remember her if not picture below!

Glad you're doing well :) Have to say I absolutely loved the mushroom pasta, I made it as slightly more of a sauce consistency and had it over broccoli and cauliflower and it was fab, not sure if I cooked it like the instructions, I just added hot water to it slowly, stirring til it looked kind of ok then put it in the microwave for a minute, stirred, added a little more water then another minute in the microwave, was delish :)

I also sent a pic of me to Rob for the money back thing, was a horrid pic but he said it was ok, so that's a motivator too, good luck hun :)

WEEK 1 Day 4
WEIGHT = 16st 0.8lbs CHANGE = 1.2lb
OMG the weight is falling off its fantastic!
Confirmed last night deal for cashback with Rob and submitted pictures to him and have agreed to do a monthly update so that will HAVE to keep me on track. Only a fleeting visit I’m afraid at the moment I have got a virus on my laptop and it has crashed everything so i need to sort it but will be back later – still going strong – need to get more water down me but have had red berries and hot choc so far and so far so good!

Just reading your diary Jess, well done on the fab loss so far!
Am nearly afraid to try the mushroom pasta one now!! Only got one pack to sample so that's ok, in case I don't likey likey.
Having the spicy spagetti just now at my desk, I just make the meals how I like them now so made it with
a quarter of a bouillon cube dissolved in boiling water (about 150mls) and a splash of skimmed milk for a slightly creamy taste.
Whack it in the microwave for about a minute, leave to stand for 5 mins then microwave for about 20 seconds. Yum yum!
Keep up the great work and you'll soooo be fab at 40! x

WEEK 1 Day 5
WEIGHT = 15st 13.4lbs CHANGE = 1.4lb

Morning everyone – yey Im down to the next stone bracket – albeit only marginally – but its there and I’m NEVER going back up to the 16’s again!!!!!

I have joined death breath united so ketosis must have kicked in thank god – am feeling a bit washed out though – well more that feeling you know when you haven’t eaten for ages and you feel like your blood sugar levels are dropping and your legs feel weak – but I know I will feel better once I have my shake inside me and am dutifully sipping my hot choc which is scrummy.

Ive got a shed load of errands to do today so I will come back later and have a good read, but my laptop has died so I need to get it sorted.

Hope everyone else ok I can't catch up properly as I'm on my phone as my laptop poorly but should be fixed and back after the weekend.

I'm still 100% thank god and still going strong. Felt like poo yesterday weak and drained all day but that has lifted today so assume I'm in ketosis thank god!!!! Have lost again this morning so the total is 9.5 do far which I'm over the moon with. Managed to sit and eat Truffa bar while my ds ate maccy ds and I must admit I wasn't bothered which was great. I really feel like I did the first time I did cd and I'm hoping it stays.
Hope you all ok will try to catch up properly after I get my laptop back xxx

Thanks RebekahR am hoping to get it sometime this weekend - a friend has fixed it - its not as good doing it on my phone - cant wait.
I now know Im def in ketosis was up with the lark this morning- can only be a good thing have got loads of washing done and got a pile of ironing to sink the titanic!
Only today to complete and I have done a whole week - yay! Ive really surprised myself as I have had millions of restarts in the last few years since I lost the weight last time - but I have had a good break for about a year or so now just eating what I want and suprisingly have maintaned nmy weight for that lenghth of time - unfortunately it was maintaining about 6-7st too heavy LOL! But my thinking is that once Ive got the weight off and am more careful of what I eat then I should maintain at my goal weight within reason - fingers xed eh!

Omg omg omg omg I've lost 11lbs for my first week that is just unbelievable and unheard of for all my years of dieting and I've had choc bars coke zero and "teas" with my kids this is just the best diet ever!!!!! Added in to all that the wonderful support on here and I think I'm finally on to a winner!!!!!

As you can all tell I'm a bit hyper..., sadly won't get laptop back till tues to do a proper catch up but just wanted to say thanks for all the support this week and here's to week 2 !!!!!!

woohooo Jess :D great loss for your first week and well done for staying so strong. This diet makes it feel at times like your not dieting tbh ...it works if you stick 100% as you've done x x x
