Yep grate it before cooking then just pop it in some boiling water for a few mins. Drain and fork through like you would with rice, yummy :)

You can also cook it in the microwave. Just put in a pot with a loose lid. Don't add any water. Cook for 4 mins and all ready to be eaten. It's nice!
