cant believe it there was a pork chop left from familys dinner done in potoatoes and onions with a bit of tomatoe soup and yes ive eaten it ive guessed roughly 7 ppoints

Yeah good luck, I am sure you'll do well and the 49 pp safety net is great!! I have started today on the plan (was on slimming world before)
I have loved the fact that I have been able to be totally flexible with food today and that I don't have to panic about messing up at the weekend as I have the 49 pp for any booze or treats.

lost the plot last night totm wanted to eat everything didnt do too bad but was craving chocolate so im just going to wipe the 40 weekly off and stick to the 29pp a day i also earn activity points so that should cover aswell
