    hi all starting today going to write everything down to keep on track.need to go and get plenty of fruit in runnning low
    been for a walk with dog this morning beautiful outside today make me want to get fit and trim lol

    breakfast:3 quorn sausages,2 nimble bread 6PP
    early lunch as i work at 12:pinapple ,grapes and a 2 zero yogurt 4pp
    snacks:2 alpen light bars 4pp
    tea: ww mushroom and potatoes wedges with birds eye veg 8pp
    2 curlywurly 6pp
    9 crabsticks 3pp
    milk 1pp
    snacks oranges,apple and pear

    29 pp 46 weeklies
    40 mins walking the dog 3pp activitie

    breakfast:2 weetabix,milk and bannana 4pp
    dinner:salmon fillet small one 3pp salad and sald cream light 1pp zero yogurt 2pp
    weightwatchers chicken and lemon rissoto 9pp
    slice of warburtons bread 4pp
    curly wurly3pp
    cant believe it there was a pork chop left from familys dinner done in potoatoes and onions with a bit of tomatoe soup and yes ive eaten it ive guessed roughly 7 ppoints

    Yeah good luck, I am sure you'll do well and the 49 pp safety net is great!! I have started today on the plan (was on slimming world before)
    I have loved the fact that I have been able to be totally flexible with food today and that I don't have to panic about messing up at the weekend as I have the 49 pp for any booze or treats.

    dinner:asda leek and potato soup mix 4pp god im stuffed too
    tea:2 ww naan breads 6pp
    2pp tilda rice
    chicken breast 4pp
    patak balti paste 1/4 jar 3pp onions and tomatoes
    zero yogurt 2pp
    curly wurly 3pp

    lost the plot last night totm wanted to eat everything didnt do too bad but was craving chocolate so im just going to wipe the 40 weekly off and stick to the 29pp a day i also earn activity points so that should cover aswell
