Been looking through the food diaries and decided i will add mine each day.
Please feel free to comment as this will help me where i may be going wrong.

Today is EE hence the orange.x

Breakfast: Banana

Lunch: Homemade chilli, with extra lean mince, peppers, ww sauce (4.5 syns) and rice.

Snack: 3 scan bran (hexB) with 3 laughing cow (hexA), apple

Dinner: Beef casserole with potatoes, peppers, corn on cob, tomatoes.

Pudding: Frozen fruit with fat free yoghurt.

Supper: Remaining 3 scan bran and laughing cow from snack.
