yeah it is Hun, even though its free food its been marinated - I always thought unless you do the marinade yourself it has preserves in there making it synned. Sorry I cant be more help! xx
Checked with SW they are between 1.5 & 4.5syns per 80g pot depending on whether you have this Salmon or Tuna and what flavor you have. The 20 = 1syn is a rough guide to be accurate you have to break down the density carbs fat and protein, it's always best to check with SW.
