Right, i weighed myself on Friday and i was 16stone 2pounds.

Amazingly this was 6 pounds down, on a month ago when i wasn't dieting - i thought i was 16.8!

16 weeks till i go on holiday so i will use this as a target, and i plan to drop 2 pounds a week so i'm going to set my target at 15 stones.

So here go's.

My diet is as follows;

Morning : Rice Krispies with handfull of Sultana's and Skimmed Milk.

Lunch: Spud u like + Fruit

Afternoon: Same as morning

Dinner: If i'm hungry, some sort of healthy meal under 400 cals.

I work in london and travel from kent, so i leave at 6.30am and get home at 8pm, so getting the food right is hard, and i don't like eating after 6, so dinner is avoided at all costs!

I also go to the gym Mon, Wed and Fri.

Here's hoping!

Hi and welcome! :)

Can I suggest that it might be worth adding a meal reaplacement into your day, you could have a shake or bar on the way home from work.. that way you'd keep your body fueled but not have to eat or cook at 9pm etc. :)

you need to be sure to get the vitamins needed too or you'll soon flag ((hugs)) and maybe something low fat to fuel your gym sessions..
