Joining WW tonight!

    Hi There,

    Im joining WW tonight with view to start tomorrow! it has changed so much since the last time i tried WW so feeling really positive and excited by it! the trouble with me is that after 4wks the motivation fizzles out and i quit, any advice on how to stop this?

    I am exactly the same, I get bored after 1 month. So i usually alternate between weight watchers and slimming world. On weight watchers though i do the discovery plan, i wasnt really loosing weight on the pro points system.

    i'm usually exactly the same and keep going back and forth between ww and sw but at the moment i am feeling optimistic about propoints and have lost 10.5 pounds so far and am not bored with it..........yet!

    Weightwatchers Pro Points
    Try taking it one week at a time and don't think any further than that - then you shouldn't get too bored as you won't be thinking about the overall goal too much

    No advice really as I'm also new to WW pro points! But I am hopeless at dieting and always give up and quit after a week/month :( but not this time!! I've found this site to be really helpful and have gained lots of ideas and motivation!

    I'd also recommend the monthly pass membership so u have access to esource. I've found that, and the iPhone app, to be a tremendou amount of help & support x
