Just thought i'd say hi as just ordered my bumper shake pack so starting completely brand new on Sunday

I've faffed around with cambridge for so long that have decided to start exante as a brand new diet.

have seen so many amazing losses and think this will be the way for me to get slim look forward to seeing the results

Hey Shanny thats why i'm starting, the weightloss seems way better and i know cd has better refeed programme but i'll be doing weght watchers after so will introduce carbs slowly and go from there
