Thought I would start a diary to keep track of things, starting today so here goes!

First day - DD, 500cals

29lb to lose
Next weigh in on saturday morning then weekly thereafter

Will update food later!
 
Day 1

Apple 50 cals
12 plum tomatoes 22 Cals
20g Rocket 5 cals
50g Tinned tuna 55 cals
Apple 50 cals
Splash milk in tea 14 cals
Small satsuma 18 cals
Piece cooked chicken 98 cals
Stir fried vegetables with bit soy sauce 138 cals

Other drinks - water, black coffee, herbal teas

Total cals 450

Leaves me 50 which I might use on a snack later!
 
Well done on yr first DD - mine is Wednesday and I am excited/nervous lol xx
 
Good luck! It's not as bad as I thought, have kept very busy and just focused on the fact I can eat a bit more normally tomorrow!
 
Have just double checed my allowance on the website and it appears I miscalculated it the first time. Actual allowance is:

Up day 2406
Down day 481

Based on moderate exercise 3-5 days per week, which I should be able to do.

So have ended up going slightly over today as had 500 cals, hopefully this won't make a difference to any weight loss.

2406 for tomorrow then, seems like a lot!! Do you have to eat all of them for it to work?
 
Day two

So far today:

30g porridge oats
1 tbsp maple
A banana
175ml skimmed milk
Apple
20g almonds
Home made chicken and shiitake mushroom soup 350 cals
2 cracked black pepper ryvita
Eat natural fruits n fibre bar 175 cals

Will update with calorie values and remaining food later
 
Looks fab you DD are very good and quite plentiful.

Day 3 - DD and have to say I've been hungry all day and still am!

50ml orange juice 24
Sugar free jelly 10

3 ryvita cracker breads 57

Just enough left for milk in large mug of decaf coffee with sweeteners in!

Plan to walk the dog, do the ironing then go to bed early, dreibg of breakfast tomoro :)
 
Have had two food and drink filled up days so time to think about tomoros down day now! Was planning on doing 9pm to 9pm But have just had a piece of fruit cake ooops! So will be a dd dawn til dusk!

4 kids to look after tomorrow so should keep me busy and occupied. Am going to try doing breakfast and tea with a bedtime snack.

Thinking of:

B - one boiled egg 84, 2 pieces cracker bread 38

T - McD's grilled chicken salad and diet coke 129

Snack 2 oatcakes 78, 200ml ss milk 64

Total 393

Leaves just over 100cal for a slim a soup (50), 50g grapes 31, 50g cucumber 5, sugar free jelly 10

Actually sounds ok!!

Thank you have ended up having different food so far as didn't fancy an egg this morning, had a blueberry strawberry and cucumber smoothie instead - sounds grim but is v refreshing and only around 50 cals! And an apple so far.
 
I think the smoothie sounds lovely, was thinking of buying some fruit and veg and having them myself when on a DD.... especially with 0% greek yoghurt which is very low in calories....
