JoJo's Food Diary...I'm New :)

Hi everyone,

I'm new to the site and thought it'd be somewhere I could track my food diary and get support. I am 17 weeks pregnant and have followed Slimming World for nearly 6 years but have gone big time off track recently as I can't stop eating, and need to start eating healthy again :)


Breakfast-2xweetabix, healthy b and skimmed milk, healthy a and tsp sugar, 1syn

Lunch-tin of ravioli, 4syns and 28g cheddar cheese, healthy a

Tea-veg, pasta bake with 28g cheddar, healthy b

Snacks-alpen light bar, 3syns
fruit and yogurt
L/F cottage cheese with veg sticks

I also drink tea or diet pop through the day.

I'm going to make myself post a food diary daily in the hope it gets me back on track :D

Well today Istarted out with the best intentions and then the dreaded pregnancy cravings got the better of me :eek: and i've had samosas, onion bhajis and other bits of rubbish so I don't think I'm posting a diary today and i'll start fresh tomorrow.

I should probably mention some more background info on myself.....I have suffered with an eating disorder for about 7 years and the only way I can eat and keep it down is when i follow SW as i know it is healthy. After having my 16 month old, i dropped to 6st 13lbs within 2 weeks and until getting pregnant this time i had managed to steady my weight at 8st0 so i now want to find a way to get around these cravings and stay on plan so that i don't run the risk of crashing again once this baby is born in april.

Any advice on how to curb cravings and not give in to the devil on my shoulder that is my hubby would be great :D
