b- 2 weetabix plus milk from allowance
s- apple
l- subway under 300 cals less than 5% fat
s- 2 plums
d- chicken stri fry
x- 30 mins rc real results
 
Fri 9 July 2010 - 13 days to holiday!

b- f n f + milk from allowance
s- apple
l- pasta, salad, chilli relish and mayo
s- cherries
d- rustic chips, mushy peas and fish fingers
x- 10 min toning, 4 min abs and a power walk

Monday 12 july 2010 - 10 days to hols

B- special k red berries from allowance (400 inc milk)
s- apple (50)
L- 6OZ new potatoes, half tin of tuna, 1 tbsp mayo & large salad (300)
s- cherries (50)
d- Omlette, baked beans and salad and pineapple (400)
e- 30 mins power walking

Total cals - 1200
 
How embarrasing, it has been over a month since i posted a food diary. Starting tomorrow i will start posting again.

I need to focus now, dont think we are going away again this year and have only one special occassion (wedding anniversary) before xmas so in theory i should be able to make a dent in my weight loss.

In fact i think i shall aim for 1lb per week from now until xmas (thats 17 weeks) so in theory could achieve 17lbs.
 
Tuesday 24 Aug 2010 - day 1 Holiday Binge Buster Diet

Just started Day 1 (of 3) on the HBBD, fingers crossed i manage to get to day 3!!

B- (150 cals) Mullerlight 100 and Apple 50
s- (50) Apple
l- (250) 1 slice of bread, spread with pickle, ham and salad
s- (50) Mini milk ice lolly (really looking forward to this)
d- (350) tba
milk (150) - will probably have a mullerlight for 100, rest used as a spalsh in tea

Total - 1000 cals
